Due to numerous instances of noncompliance, we are reminding the public that pursuant to Arkansas State Code 27-21 (Title 27 Transportation, Chapter 21 All-Terrain Vehicles and Utility Task Vehicles) it is unlawful to operate ATVs, UTVs, Side-by-Sides, etc, on public streets and highways, except under the specific conditions and exemptions listed (such as crossing a street during hunting or farming operations, or when the user is on-duty law enforcement, firefighting personnel, EMT, utility/telecom/cable company agent, or employee of ADPHT who is performing applicable job functions).
